Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• To start a return: email support@vexopatches.com with your order number and reason
• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
• Original shipping cost is non-refundable
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no charge — no return required.
